We want you to join us at camp this summer
Every Wednesday night our middle and high school youth gather for Velocity. This year we’re packing our bags and making plans to leave Valrico for the Word of Life Summer Bible Camp June 23-29, 2019!
Transportation
Parents can choose to drive their kids to Word of Life Camp in Hudson, FL or drop them off at the Centerpoint Church campus in Valrico. We will bus students to and from the Bible camp together.
$45 for church transportation to and from camp is due June 12th.
What to expect at Bible camp this summer
Expect a week of high-energy worship and activities. Every moment is filled with sports, swimming, paintball, tubing, arts and crafts, ropes courses, speakers, games, new friends and more. Quiet moments of reflection are carved out allowing the teens to process all they are taking in.
Every element of this summer Bible camp is designed to challenge the teens to ask hard questions of their faith. They'll be exploring and growing into a closer relationship with God.
Then what
Following camp, we build on what our middle and high school youth have experienced. Once we are back in Valrico, we continue what summer Bible camp began. Think of camp as a springboard for growth, one we will continue to encourage. We want to keep that energy and excitement for Christ active yearround!
Registration and Scholarships
Register for camp on the Word of Life site. There is a non-refundable deposit of $75 due by May 1st. Go here to begin the registration process. Cut off for camp is June 12th. Scholarships are available and are provided and handled by Word of Life. Partial and full scholarships are available based on individual needs and available funds.

Who we are
Velocity is our student movement for middle and high schoolers (6th-12th grade). We believe in the next generation and their potential to change the world. That's why we've created an environment that will share Truth, inspire students to live a gospel-centered life and challenge them to lead others toward Jesus -- all while enjoying crazy games, loud music, and youthful shenanigans with their friends. And we are doing it year-round! Every Wednesday in Valrico at 6:30 PM.
