At Centerpoint Kids, we offer safe, fun, and caring environments, where your child can meet new friends, grow in their faith, and have a BLAST in the process! Whether you have a newborn or a 5th grader, we have programs developed specifically for your child’s age and stage!
Centerpoint Kids programming is offered Sunday morning during both service times for children 3 months through 6th grade.
Nursery & Preschool Program
Our preschool program is focused on meeting the needs and development of each child. From our nursery to our five-year-old and kindergarten rooms, your child will participate in age-specific activities, crafts, and lessons, all focused on helping them understand and grow in their faith. This will be the most fun they have all week!
You can rest easy, knowing that your child is in safe hands. Our leaders go through extensive training and background checks, and our environments adhere to the highest safety and cleanliness standards. We always collect the families' contact info and can easily communicate throughout the program.

For our nursery, feel free to pack whatever your baby needs! Our team is trained on feeding, changing, and even how to get your little one to sleep. At drop off, you can simply communicate any needs to our team, and they will build out a plan just for your child.
We offer allergy-friendly, age-appropriate snacks during all of our programs, so there is no need to bring any from home. That day’s snacks are always listed outside of the rooms and alternatives can be provided.
Preschool

For ages 2-5, there’s no need to bring anything with you, unless your child is potty training. If your child is not yet potty trained, please bring diapers/training pants and an extra change of clothes.

School-age program
Elementary
Kindergarten to 3rd grade
In our elementary environment, each service includes a large group component (games, music, a lesson, etc.) and a small group component (activities, table discussion, etc.). We designed this environment in such a way that your child will grow in their knowledge of faith, connect with new friends, AND look forward to coming to church each week!
456
4th through 6th grade
We have programming specifically designed for your pre-teen (4th-6th grade) in an environment we call 456! With unique curriculum and activities, this elevated environment meets your child where they’re at, while helping ensure a smooth transition into their teen years.

Just your kids! Make sure they are dressed comfortably enough to be able to sit on the floor and to do various activities. We ask that all other toys and household items be left at home.
FAQ
-
After arriving and parking on campus, follow the signs to the Centerpoint Kid’s Check-In area. Let a member of our Guest Services team know that it is your first time, and they will direct you toward our “New Family Check-In” desk. Here, our team will collect some basic info (names, ages, contact info), as well as give you a run-down of the morning. They will get you checked in, explain how to quickly self check-in on your next visit, and escort you to your child’s room. From there, you will meet your child’s leader(s) for the morning, and can communicate any pertinent info. After that, simply go enjoy the service. You can rest assured that your child is in capable hands, and we can easily send a text or call if anything is needed.
-
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the service starts on your first visit. This allows some extra time to get registered, meet your child’s leader, and ask any questions you may have. On your return visits, however, not much extra time will be needed. Our self-check in option, which we will show you at registration, is extremely quick and easy!
-
While it is rare, there may be a time where we need to reach you, such as we are unable to soothe an upset baby after several minutes, or there’s a medical emergency. At registration, our team will collect your phone number, which will be stored on your child’s profile. Through a safe and encrypted program, our team is able to text or call you directly if something is needed. If we can’t reach you within a few minutes, a code will appear on the main screen in the auditorium. This code will match your child’s pickup tag, signaling you to return to their classroom.
-
In order to ensure the safety of our children, unapproved adults are not able to enter the classrooms. However, our team is trained to help kids make a smooth transition into class through calm interaction and play. If for some reason we are unable to calm the child after 10 minutes, we will notify you. All of our rooms also have glass windows, where you are welcome to check on your child during service or have a member of our team do so on your behalf.
-
At registration, our team will collect information on any allergies that your child might have and record this in their profile. Those allergies will be clearly displayed on the child’s tag, which leaders check before any snacks are given. All of our snacks avoid the big allergens, and the day’s snacks are always listed on the front of the classroom door. You can always request an alternative if you’d like!

Safety is a top priority at CC Kids. All of our adult volunteers are screened, background checked, and given extensive training. No unapproved adults are able to enter any of our environments. All of our spaces are child-proofed and inspected weekly. We have a trained safety team monitoring our environment at all times and emergency procedures are in place. Our spaces have electronic locks and follow a security procedure during services to limit who can enter each area. We have video surveillance and glass viewing windows into every room. We only serve allergy-friendly snacks and adhere to individual allergy requirements. We thoroughly clean toys and spaces after each use. We have a medical emergency team available at all times and our spaces are equipped with AEDs. We follow a strict pick-up procedure which matches children with their approved guardian.
