Each month on the fourth Sunday, we turn our attention to offering tangible and financial support to one of our community partners.

During the month of June, we are partnering with A Door of Hope. A Door of Hope is a Christ-centered foster care agency that recruits, trains, and supports families who desire to foster children who have been abused, neglected, and/or abandoned. Their vision is to see every child that comes into foster care be placed in a Christian home where that child can experience in both word and action the hope and love that is offered through Jesus.

Right now, in our community, there are not enough homes for the kids who come into foster care, and Door of Hope believes the church is the solution to that problem.

In addition to a $4 donation, we're asking everyone to bring in food delivery gift cards--these help families who have just received a placement have one less thing to worry about as they welcome in their new family member. Think DoorDash or UberEats or pizza delivery places.
